Delete your account

Delete in the app

Choose “Delete account and game data” and confirm. This cannot be undone. It usually finishes within seconds. If a network or storage issue delays processing, the server retries every minute and the app shows a pending state. You can check completion with the same button. Please contact us if it remains pending for more than 24 hours.

Deleting your account does not cancel an automatically renewing Voyage Pass. Before deleting, cancel it in Apple's subscription settings.

Data removed

We delete authentication data, game progress, balances, choices and action history, usage data you chose to share, app-side purchase entitlement records, Apple account links, and recovery backups. Contact Apple about billing and purchase records that Apple holds. See the Privacy Policy for the minimal hash record retained to prevent deleted accounts from being reactivated.

Contact us

If you are testing and cannot use the in-app deletion feature, or deletion is pending for more than 24 hours, email info@astroft.com with “Ultimate Roulette RPG account deletion” in the subject. Include the account ID shown in the app and your device model if available. Do not email access tokens, passwords, or payment details.
